Easy quick fix for a XBOX One that no longer reads, ejects, or accepts disks. You will have to replace internal board in the new drive with the old BD drive’s board and solder two wires or ether flash the new drive. Its much faster to swap the boards in my opinion but you will need a solder gun and solder obviously. Plenty of youtube videos out there on both methods. Replacement time will take about 30 min. I will upload a picture of the leaflet that came with the drive.

This is exactly what I was looking for. My Xbox one works good as new! However one very important detail most people leave out is that when you swap disc drives, you also have to swap the board in this with the one that is coming out of your Xbox to be able to use the drive. That was a more work. It well worth it. Literally 5 minutes (if that) of soldering was worth it!!

Works on Xbox one, but according to my tech guy part of the board has to be transferred from old one… After that, no issues
